The Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) is entertaining a restructuring of energy market rules in our state to allow regulated energy competition and electric suppliers to sell directly to consumers and effectively compete on the open market. Two option draft rules have been proposed. CCA is one of the options being considered by the Corporation Commission.  CCA would allow ratepayers to power their homes and businesses with increased levels of renewable energy at the same or lower rates than they would pay monopoly utility providers.
